Pool Rules
1 / Access
-
The pool is considered Hilltop Village Community private property. The use of roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, and ramps is prohibited on this property. The Hilltop Villages Community Association will prosecute all violators for trespassing.

Only members in good standing and their escorted guests may access the pool facility.

Residents must use their household's access pool code to enter the pool facility. You may not open the gate for anyone other than your escorted guests. No exceptions. Please contact info@hilltopvillagescommunity.com if you lost your code or have other issues accessing the pool facility.

Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult who is 18 years or older.

Any person having any contagious disease or infectious condition may not enter the pool facility.

The lifeguards, pool managers, or trustees may close the pool facility at their discretion for inclement weather, a maintenance issue, or other safety considerations.
2 / Operating Rules and Regulations

There is no smoking within 20 feet of the pool entrance.

No glass items of any kind within the fenced pool area are allowed.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are only permitted in the designated area.

The pool facility may not be used for parties or large social gatherings.

Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are permitted in the facility but may not enter the pool.

Proper swimwear is required to enter the pool. Children who are not yet toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.

No diving in water less than 8 feet.

No running and no rough play within the pool area.

Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, roller skates/blades, or other wheeled conveyances are not permitted within the pool area.

Flotation devices and pool toys that do not disturb or interfere with other swimmers are permitted in the shallow end of the pool. The lifeguards, pool managers, or trustees may limit the use of flotation devices and/or pool toys if there is a safety issue or if they disturb other swimmers.
3 / Code of Conduct

Residents and guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of others.

Disrespectful, disruptive, vulgar, or offensive behavior or conduct will not be tolerated.

Public intoxication is not permitted.

Do not disturb the lifeguards.

No littering; clean up all messes and dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles.

You may not damage, deface, or misuse common property or property of the association including tables, chairs, umbrellas, vegetation, etc.
4 / Guest Policy

Each household may have up to three guests per day.
-
Each resident 18 years or older may bring up to two guests.
-
Each resident 17 years and younger may bring up to one guest.

All guests must be escorted into the pool facility and sign in.

Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests and will be held accountable for any violation of the rules and regulations. Any guest who violates the rules and regulations will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return to the pool facility.

Everyone must follow the rules, regulations, code of conduct, and directions of the lifeguards, pool managers, and trustees. violations of any of the rules or failure to follow the directions are grounds for removal from the pool facility and potential revocation of privileges in accordance with the association's governing documents. Anyone who does not vacate the premises after being asked to leave will be prosecuted as a trespasser.

This pool facility operates as a Class C pool under the St. Louis County Health Department rules and regulations for public water recreation facilities. All rules and regulations are subject to change without notice as conditions warrant by the lifeguards, pool managers, and the Board of Trustees.
